General Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit:
    • 21 to 35 years: For TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers) and Counselor.
    • 18 to 50 years: For PEM/ PTI-Cum-Matron.

Vacancies

1. Counselor (Contractual)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology
  • OR Post Graduate in Child Development
  • OR Graduate/Postgraduate with a Diploma in Career Guidance and Counseling
  • Experience in providing career/educational counseling in reputed schools.
  • Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India as a Vocational Counselor is required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in counseling in CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Higher qualifications.
  • Proficiency in games & sports.
  • Achievements in NCC/Sports/Extra-Curricular activities.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi.

Pay Scale: ₹40,000/- (Consolidated)

2. TGT (English, Mathematics, General Science, Computer Science) - Contractual

Separate positions available for each subject

Essential Qualifications:

  • For TGT English, Mathematics, General Science:
    • Four years integrated degree from Regional College of Education of NCERT OR
    • Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree.
    • Candidates must have cleared CTET/STET.
  • For TGT Computer Science:
    • BE/BTech (Computer Science/IT) OR
    • MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science) OR
    • DOEACC-level certifications with PG Diplomas.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Higher qualifications.
  • Proficiency in games & sports.
  • Achievements in NCC/Sports/Extra-Curricular activities.
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Pay Scale: ₹40,000/- per month (Consolidated)

3. PEM/ PTI-Cum-Matron (Female - Contractual)

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10th pass or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English speaking.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Work experience in CBSE-affiliated schools.
  • Higher qualifications.
  • Experience in handling children in boarding schools.
  • Achievements in Sports/Art/Music.

Pay Scale: ₹22,000/- per month (Consolidated)
